      This paper studies on the level of conflict according to the objects, analyzes conflict according to the level of conflict and finds the most useful method of conflict solutions that childcare teachers use.
      These are questions according to the purpose of this study.
      1. What is the level of conflict according to the objects in the childcare centers?
      2. What are the solutions to deal with conflict?
      3. How does the level of conflict affect solutions?
      This paper studies 220 cases of material from the childcare center teachers in Gyeong-ju and conducts percentage, frequency analysis, ANOVA, t-test and a correlation coefficient by using SPSS 12.0.
      These are conclusions of this paper.
      First, while working the level of conflict in interpersonal relations is 2.53 of 5 which is not so serious. The highest figure is 2.61 which is the conflict with chief of the childcare center.
      Second, the level of conflict while working is 2.44 of 5. The level is more or less low.
      Third, teachers almost make a compromise when they face conflict.(3.28) It is analyzed that mostly teachers tend to understand the object of conflict and solve the conflict as a compromising way which is democratic.
      According to the results of research, I suggest several ways of solving the conflict in childcare center.
      First, it is desirable that teachers should have conversations to avoid conflict of opinions as a way of preventive measure.
      Second, teachers have a tendency to use control and avoidance method when the conflict is serious, but using those method causes more serious conflict. It is better to find alternatives by expressing own opinions.
      Third, it is needed to appeal the difficulties in work and prevent the conflict.
