Implications for the social work can be suggested as the belows:
First, in order to support school adjustment of victims, we need to improve School Social Work service and program reducing victimization of school violence coming up with school system.
Second, counsel for parents and family therapy to change parenting attitude leads to intervention for victim's family. Positive parenting attitude should be obtained through education because it had effect on school adjustment of victims.
Third, we should improve the school environment with safety for school violence and the teachers' concern for the victims must be strengthened. In order to establish the safer school environment, the programs protecting victims and preventing the school violence are recommended. In the process of this program, the teachers should take prompt step for the victims to continue routine school life.
Finally, the school social work uses current methods of prevention, intervention, and treatment to create a safe and positive school environment from school violence. In order to solve problems and helping adjustment of victims, school violence prevention programs should be provided by social worker employed for providing services in school.
