의사결정을 위한 Web 기반 AHP 기법 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구 = Development of a web-based AHP application for decision making

국문 초록 (Abstract)

AHP는 다수의 대안에 대하여 다면적인 평가기준과 다수 주체에 의한 의사결정을 위해 설계된 방법이다. 이는 의사결정자의 직관적이고 합리적인, 또는 비합리적인 판단을 근거로 정량적인 요소와 정성적인 요소를 동시에 고려함으로써, 의사결정문제의 해결을 위한 포괄적인 틀을 제공해 준다.
이러한 AHP를 의사결정문제의 해결에 이용하기 위해서는 전문가들의 의견을 종합하는 방법론의 문제와 신속하고 정확한 의견수렴의 도구문제가 해결되어야 한다.
특히 일련의 분석과정이 복잡하기 때문에 의견수렴의 도구문제가 많은 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러므로 AHP를 이용한 의사결정 문제를 돕기 위한 방안으로 AHP기법의 소프트웨어를 개발함으로서 쉽게 전문가들의 의견을 종합할 수 있었고 일련의 분석과정의 처리들을 손쉽게 해결할 수 있었다.
본 연구에서는 현재 상용화 중이거나 널리 알려져 있는 다기준 의사결정 소프트웨어들에 대한 비교 분석에 대한 연구를 행하였고 AHP기법의 소프트웨어를 개발, 개발도구로서 Visual Studio.net을 사용하였으며 특히 인터넷이 연결된 곳이면 어디서든 사용이 가능하게 웹 기반으로 이루어 졌다. 그리고 개발된 소프트웨어의 구성 및 특성을 설명하고 소프트웨어의 기능과 사용방법 및 화면설계 등을 예시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Determining AHP is method that is designed for decision-making by many criterion basis and majority subject about the many alternative. Intuitional and reasonable, or unreasonable judgment of decision-maker offers comprehensive model for solution of doctor decision problem, considering quantitative element and qualitative at the same time by basis.
To use this AHP-based solution of decision problem, and tool problem of quick and correct opinion collection of methodology that unite opinion of experts should be solved. Specially, because series analysis process is complex, tool problem of opinion collection is becoming a lot of issues. Therefore, can unite opinion of experts easily by developing software of AHP technique by plan to help decision problem that use AHP and solve easily processings of series analysis process.
In this paper, that have been commercializing or is spread present behaved study about comparative analysis for decision-making softwares all and develops software of AHP technique, used Visual Studio.net and was developed to web-based as is available everywhere if the internet is linked. And explain composition and special quality of software and illustrates function and use method of software and screen design etc.
