청소년 자원봉사활동 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 = A Study on Influential Factors on Satisfaction of Juvenile Volunteers Activities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper provides that the realities of juveniles who participate in volunteer activities and the factors that influence the satisfaction of volunteer activities.
The purpose is not volunteer activities for an entrance examination for a university, but for positive and voluntary activities that could be activated and settled.
According to the result of study, in the personal factors of juveniles by sex there are differences in satisfaction and participative motive exerted meaning effect on juveniles.
In the factor of school, the satisfaction of education exerted meaning effect on juveniles. In the factor of institution, differences of satisfaction appeared in whether or not the valuation of education and in relation with person who in charge of juveniles. This exerted meaning effect on satisfactory of education.
