제 7차 교육 과정에 의한 7, 8, 9학년 교과서 연계성 분석 : 기악 영역을 중심으로 = (The) analysis of the connection of seventh, eighth, nineth grade student's textbook by the seventh curriculum : focusing on the part of instrumental music

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 현행 중등 과정의 음악 교과서의 기악 영역의 내용 체계가 제 7차 교육 과정의 개정 기본 방향인 포괄적이고 연계성 있는 교육 과 정에 부합되었는지를 파악하고, 앞으로의 음악 교과서의 개선점과 활용방향에 대한 시사점을 찾고자 하는데 그 목적을 둔다.
연구의 내용 및 방법은 문헌과 자료를 근거로 하여 포괄적 음악 교육의 개념과 현대 음악 교육 이념의 동향에 대해 살펴본 후 연계성의 개념과 필요성에 대해 고찰한다. 그리고 기악 학습의 의의와 중요성에 대해 살펴보고 중학교 음악 교과서에서 각 영역별 비율을 학년별로 분석하고 출판 사별로 기악 영역의 비율을 분석한다. 중학교 음악 교과서 9종의 기악 영역의 수직적 연계성과 수평적 연계성을 분석함으로써 음악 교과서의 내용이 연계성 있게 제시가 되고 있는지를 알아본다.
분석 결과 모든 출판사의 기악 영역 비중이 가창이나 이해 영역에 비해 현저하게 낮았고 이로 인해 우리나라의 음악 수업에서는 기악 영역이 다른 영역에 비해 학습되지 않고 있었다. 태성 교과서를 제외하고 모든 출판사에서 리코더는 7, 8, 9학년에서 모두 나오는 계속성을 보여주며 리코더는 소프라노 리코더나 알토 리코더로 심화되고 2중주나 3중주가 이루어지며 계열성 있는 학습이 이루어지도록 하고 있다. 단소 또한 연계성 있는 학습이 이루어지는 출판사가 많았는데 천재 교육과 성안당을 제외한 다른 출판사에서는 단소가 7, 8, 9학년에서 모두 학습되는 계속성을 보여주며 단소를 학년에 올라감에 따라 좀 더 어려운 제재곡으로 발전시키거나 소금이나 대금으로 발전시키는 계열성 있는 연계성을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 소금과 기타는 연계성 있는 학습이 되고 있지 않으며, 하모니카, 스네어드럼, 오카리나, 피페의 악기는 몇몇 출판사에서만 다루어지고 있다.
수직적·수평적인 연계성이 학년과 출판사마다 각각 다르게 되면, 교과서에 의존하는 학교의 수업에서 학년마다 서로 각기 다른 출판사를 선택하게 될 경우 그 수직적·수평적인 연계성에 문제가 생기게 되고, 학년별로 같은 출판사를 선택한다고 하여도 수칙적인 연계성이 부족한 악기가 있어 학생들이 악기를 쳬계적으로 연계성 있게 습득하지 못하게 된다.
그리고 한 학생이 다른 학교로 옮기게 되었을 경우 전의 학교와 다른 출판사의 교과서로 학습을 하게 되면 수직적·수평적 연계성에도 분명 문제가 생기게 될 것이고, 전의 학교에서 배우지 않은 악기를 학습해야 할 경우 학생에게 큰 혼란을 가져다 줄 것이다.
현재 교과서는 학생들이 중학교에서 선택해야 하는 악기의 정확한 기준없이 출판사에서 교과서를 만들고 있기 때문에 학생들은 중학교에서 배우는 악기 또한 기준이 없다. 그러므로 앞으로 교육 과정을 개정하거나 교과서를 편찬하게 될 때에는 학년별로 연계성 있는 악기 선택의 기준을 만들어 학생들이 기악 학습을 할 경우 체계적이고 연계성 있는 학습이 되도록 하고, 다양한 악기를 학생들이 접하도록 하여 중·고등학교시기에 배운 악기를 성인이 되어서도 다룰 수 있도록 교육해야 한다.

This study purposed on that whether the instrumental music scope of current secondary education 's music textbook has been coincided with the seventh curriculum system, which is comprehensive and connective, and that it aiso points to look over the improvement of the future music textbook and its utilized direction.
The way and content of this study is going to consider about concept of the connection and its necessity after we check the tendency of comprehensive musical education and the modern musical education ideology. It is also necessary to investigate the meaning and the importance of instrumental music education and to analyze for the ratio of instrumentai music scope by publishing companies. According to anaiyze the vertical and horizontal connection of instrumental music scope of the nine kinds of junior high school's textbooks, we win make sure of the contents of music teXtbook have been composed successively and connectively.
In accordance with considerable analysis, since the ratio of instrumental scope of all publishing companies was remarkably Iow compared with that of the singing and musical understanding scope, and, as a result, they were not educated at classes in most school. To do so that the education has been righteous and ideal, for example, a recorder has successively been educated in seventh, eighth, and ninth year student's textbook in all publishing companies except Taeseong Publishing Company. It is also deepened to a soprano or an alto part and makes up a duet or a trio. Furthermore, a lot of publishing company shows the educational connection in the Danso; a Korean short bamboo flute. Danso is studied in seventh, eighth, and ninthgrade in ail publishing companies except Cheon-Jae Education Company and SeongAnDang Publishing Company. They show the connection of Danso, which is developed to more intricately, composed music. Sometimes, the education of Danso is succeeded to the play of Sogeom; a small flute or Daegeom; a large flure. ln case of Guitar, Harmonica, Drum, Ocarina and etc, flute. In case of Guitar, Harmonica, Drum, Ocarina and etc, however, they are not successively educated and are carried in a few of books.
lf the verticai and horizontal connections become different each in every school year and publishing company, a problem is come into those connections. Even though every school grade selects a mutual way of each publishing company in classes of the school depending to that textbook, it is difficult that students acquire the systematic connection with the musical instruments since there are not many connective instruments. And a problem win be come clearly into those connections if a student has to be educated by a textbook of a different publishing company in cast that the student has moved to the other school. Similarly, if the student shall study unfamiliar instrument before, he largely win be confused in the new place.
Currently, because there is no specific standard in making the secondary school's musical textbook without correct bases of the musical instrument, there are not specific instruments to students, too. Therefore, it is mandatory that publishing companies have to establish specific criteria to decide musical instruments to make the education firm and systematic when they revise a curriculum or issue new editions.
