청소년이 지각한 부모양육행동과 자기개념, 자의식 및 사회불안의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 청소년이 지각한 부모양육행동, 자기개념 및 자의식과 사회불안의 관계를 살펴보았다.
양친이 모두 생존해 계시는 740명의 청소년을 대상으로 사회불안, 자의식, 자기개념, 지각된 부모 양육행동에 관한 자료를 수집하였다.

본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 부모 양육 행동에 따른 사회불안 수준의 차이를 검증한 결과, 부모 양육 행동을 긍정적(높은 돌봄, 낮은 과보호)으로 지각할수록 청소년들의 사회불안 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

둘째, 자기개념 수준에 따른 사회불안 수준의 차이를 검증한 결과, 자기개념 수준이 높을수록 청소년들의 사회불안 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

셋째, 자의식 수준에 따른 사회불안 수준의 차이를 검증한 결과, 자의식 수준이 높을수록 청소년들의 사회불안 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

넷째, 어머니의 과보호적 양육행동은 자기개념과 자의식의 매개를 통해 간접적으로 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 아버지의 과보호적 양육행동은 독립적으로 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relations between adolescent''s perceived parenting behavior, self-concept, self-consciousness and social anxiety.

A total of 740 adolescents, who had both parents, completed a set of questionnaire assessing social anxiety, self-consciousness, self-concept and perceived parenting behavior.

The results were as follows;

1. The result of verifying the difference in social anxiety according to perceived parenting behavior showed that adolescents who perceived their parents more careful and less overprotective reported lower level of social anxiety.

2. The result of verifying the difference in social anxiety according to self-concept showed that adolescents with higher level of self-concept reported lower level of social anxiety.

3. The result of verifying the difference in social anxiety according to self-consciousness showed that adolescents with higher level of self-consciousness reported higher level of social anxiety.

4. Mother''s overprotective parenting behavior affected social anxiety through the mediation of self-concept and self-consciousness. On the other hand, father''s overprotective parenting behavior affected social anxiety independently.
