중학생의 부모애착, 갈등적 독립, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로태도성숙도와의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 애착과 갈등적 독립이 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개로 진로태도 성숙도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 인천지역에 소재하고 있는 중학교 3학년 학생 589명이고, 애착 척도는 Armsden과 Greenberg(1987)의 부모 및 또래 애착척도(IPPA)를 옥정(1998)이 번안한 것을 사용하였다. 갈등적 독립 척도는 J.A. Hoffman의 4가지 심리적 독립 척도 중 갈등적 독립를 사용하였고, 진로결정 자기효능감 척도는 Taylor와 Betz의 진로결정 자기효능감 척도를 이기학, 이학주(2000)가 타당화 한 것으로 사용하였다. 진로성숙도 검사를 위해서는 이기학과 한종철이 개발한 척도가 사용되었으며, 각각의 척도는 설문지법으로 실시하였다.

본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.

첫째, 애착에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감의 차이를 알아본 결과 부모 애착이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단 보다 진로결정 자기효능감이 높게 나타났다.

둘째, 갈등적 독립에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감의 차이를 알아본 결과 갈등적 독립이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 진로 결정 자기효능감이 높게 나타났다.

셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로태도 성숙도의 집단 간 차이를 알아본 결과 진로결정 자기효능감이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 진로태도 성숙도가 높게 나타났다.

넷째, 애착, 갈등적 독립, 진로결정 자기효능감, 그리고 진로태도 성숙도에대한 위계적 회귀분석을 해본 결과 진로결정 자기효능감이 두 독립 변인의 매개변인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relationship among parent attachment, conflictual independence, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career attitude maturity of middle school students. Also, it analyzed if career decision-making self-efficacy can mediate each independent variable and career attitude maturity.

The survey was carried out with questionnaires and the respondents were 589 third grade middle school students in Incheon. Parent attachment was measured by The Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revise: IPPA-R(Armsden and Greenberg, 1987). J. A. Hoffman''s(1984) Psychological Separation Inventory was used to measure conflictual independence. Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale: CDMSE(Taylor and Betz, 1983) and Career Attitude Maturity Scale(Lee, Ki-hak and Han, Jong-cheol, 1997) were used.

The results of this study are as follows;

First, there is a significant relationship between parent attachment and career decision-making self-efficacy. The higher the parent attachment, the higher the career decision-making self-efficacy.

Second, there is a significant relationship between conflictual independence and career decision-making self-efficacy. The higher the conflictual independence, the higher the career decision-making self-efficacy.

Third, there is a significant relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and career attitude maturity. The higher the career decision-making self-efficacy , the higher the career attitude maturity.

Finally, the result of the hierarchical regression shows that the career decision-making self-efficacy works as a mediator between the two independent variables(parent attachment and conflictual independence) and the career attitude maturity.
