시설 청소년의 진로성숙도 영향 요인 비교 연구 = The Comparative Study of influencing factors to the maturating degree of future course for the teenagers in Public Facilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 시설 청소년의 현명한 진로선택과 효과적인 진로교육을 위해서 시설 청소년의 진로성숙 정도를 파악하고자 하였다. 특히, 시설 청소년은 일반 청소년에 비해 자아개념, 사회적 지지 정도와 열악한 환경에서 생활하고 있기 때문에 진로성숙에 영향을 주는 변인들이 여러 가지가 될 수 있지만, 본 연구에서는 자아개념 및 사회적 지지 정도 그리고 일반적 특성이 진로성숙도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석해서 그 변인의 수준에 따라 다양한 진로지도 및 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 시설 청소년의 사회 적응과 자립에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다.
이러한 연구 목적을 위한 구체적 목표는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 시설 청소년과 일반 청소년의 진로성숙도 수준에 대한 비교 분석한다.
둘째, 시설청소년과 일반 청소년의 진로성숙 영향요인에 대한 판별을 한다.
셋째, 시설 내에 진로교육 및 지도 방안을 제시 한다.
연구의 목적을 검증하기 위해서 시설청소년의 진로성숙에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 자아개념, 사회적지지, 일반적 특성이 일반청소년에 비해 진로성숙도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았고, 이를 위해 구조화 된 설문지를 통해 시설청소년의 경우 충청남도에 있는 14개 시설을 우편 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 일반청소년의 경우 충남 금산의 중․고등학교 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 시설청소년과 일반청소년을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 SPSS/WIN 10.0을 통하여 통계처리 하였으며 일반적 특성, 자아개념, 사회적지지, 진로성숙도를 알아보기 위해서 빈도분석을 하였고 집단 간 표본평균의 검증(t-test, ANOVA)은 조사대상자들의 일반적 특성에 따른 진로성숙도의 평균차이를 알아보기 위해 사용하였다. 또한 상관분석을 통해서 자아개념, 사회적지지의 각 변인 간 관련성을 살펴보았으며 마지막으로 자아개념과 사회적지지가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해서 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
이와 같은 연구 결과를 중심으로 자아개념은 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 본 연구자가 생각하였던 것과 다른 결과를 나타냈으나, 사회적 지지와 진로성숙도와의 관계에서는 시설청소년의 경우는 친구지지가 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 일반청소년의 경우는 부모 지지가 진로성숙도에 영향을 주고 있다는 결과를 나타냈다. 이 결과를 토대로 시설청소년에게 영향을 미치는 친구지지를 촉진시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 개발이 중요하며, 일반청소년에게 영향을 미치는 부모지지에 필요한 부모교육과 같은 프로그램을 통해서 여러 가지의 문제를 가지고 있는 청소년들의 이해의 폭을 넓힐 수 있는 기회가 될 수 있도록 해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Thisresearch hasbeen conducted forunderstanding thesituation of maturating degree of future course for the teenagers in Public Facilities. which make them to have an intelligent choice for their future course and make us to provide the effective education program forthem on this matter.As known in general,the teenagers in Public Facilities. especially, have various factors influencing to their maturating degree of future because they live and grow under comparatively poor surroundings, self-consciousness and social supports than general juveniles. Accordingly the purpose of this research aims at furnishing basic information by analyzing how the self-consciousness, the volume of social supports and the general characteristics influence to the maturating degree offuture course and by developing the program ofcoach and education for various future courses.
To verify the objection of my research, I made up formal questionaires to the teenagers in Public Facilities. through postal service and performed actual visits for the same survey in case of generaljuveniles.Thedata compiled havebeen statisticalby SPSS/WIN 10.0.
The main result of this research has reflected that the self-consciousness does not affect to the maturating degree-which is distinguished from I have expected-but that in connection between socialsupports and the maturating degree,the supports offriends is influencing to their maturating degree in case ofteenagers in Public Facilities. and the supports of parents in case of general juveniles respectively. In terms of this result, I would like to conclude that there should be developed the various programmes with its importance promoting the friend's supports which are influencing to the teenagers in Public Facilities. and the programmes or the parents supporting general juveniles as well, so that consequently those programmes could make us extend ourunderstanding ofallyouths who may have variousproblems.
