라이프스타일에 따른 공동주택 단위평면 구성방식에 관한 선호도 조사연구 = A Study on the Preference for the Way of Composing the Unit Plan for Apartment Houses by Lifestyle

Since the residential form called apartment house began to show alteration not only in outer appearance but also in inner space owing to social and economic transition, supplying house in consideration of consumer's life style became the center of public interest. However, the inconsistency between space required by residents and supplied residential space triggers dissatisfaction ion the residential space. It will be meaningful to investigate how much the requirement of demander is satisfied by apartment house supplied by surveying and analyzing life style in consideration of resident's demographic characteristics while apartment house is supplied to many and unspecified persons.
Thus, subdividing the objects by groups of characteristics of life style, this dissertation performed factor analysis and cluster analysis in 2 steps to analyze the characteristics of life style of subdivided groups.
To grasp and define how each factor reacts, I performed ANOVA between factor and clusters, thereby naming them as rational self-centered life style, positive life style and passive life style.
Grasping the preference for each life style by investigating mainly unit plane of 85㎡, the dedicated space of apartment house, I found that the main requirement was different for each type. Thus, investigating the correlation of method to constitute the space of apartment house plane for each life style, I intend to present them so that suppliers can utilize as basic materials for designing apartment house hereafter.
