    The research which it sees leads and direct conversation of
    the elementary school teachers and against the social training

    responsibility method it leads and there is a place where it examines closely.

    It selected 8 person elementary school teachers who are working from the hazard Seoul subject matter elementary school 4 places which accomplish the research which it sees with the research participant and the depths direct conversation it led and a data it collected.
    The data which is collected used the instance analysis which is a culture engineering research method and an induction sategory analysis and it analyzed, the result with after words is same.

    First, against the social effect of physical training subject the research participants all as the subject which goes mad it did a many effect in the students, but body activity and, game and playing of multi shedding of blood it led with the reason and as the because whose coordinated studying is possible did.

    If only the emotional cultivation side in the social effect which goes mad to the second, students it sees and it is effective but for the charge teacher to teach a former subject social characteristic which is various from position of the students, the hazard which the aim of physical training subject route le gives attains it means that it is effective the subject exclusive responsibility teacher who stands to study.

    The third, subject exclusive responsibility system is coning to be operated is the thing in contents and the type which are taithless it escapes a lot from gist and objective.
    Like from this elementary school site it executes the hazard subject exclusive responsibility system which raises the professionalism of example physical fitness subject, it is caused by with multi branch system problem points and the operation is being is not coming to become well.
