국제결혼 가정의 부부갈등 요인과 갈등대처방안에 관한 연구 : 한국인과 결혼한 조선족여성을 중심으로 = (The) Study on Conflict in International marriage and Solution : On the subject of Choson-jock(Korean-Chinese) Women a married Korean Men

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국인과 결혼한 조선족여성의 부부생활에서 겪게 되는 갈등요인을 찾아내고 대처방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 조선족여성(여성배우자)들이 한국남성과 국제결혼생활 과정에서 겪게 되는 부부갈등요인을 찾아내고 그 대처방안을 모색하는데 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 했다.
연구대상자는 121명이며, 조사도구는 구조화된 질문지로서 주요내용은 인구사회학적 특성을 중심으로 부부갈등요인, 갈등대처행동요인, 그들이 요구하고 있는 사회복지 욕구이다. 조사된 자료에 기초하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같으며, 결론을 중심으로 몇 가지 제안점을 제시하고자 한다.
첫째, 여성배우자가 겪고 있는 부부갈등요인은 건강요인, 의사소통요인, 애정성적요인, 재정적 요인, 외도요인, 가치관생활방식요인, 무관심한 성격적 요인, 우유부단한 성격적 요인, 자기중심적 성격요인, 대화 시간에 따른 의사소통요인, 냉정한 성격적 요인의 순서로 나타났다. 둘째, 부부갈등에 직접 간접적으로 촉발하는 요인으로 남편의 폭력, 폭음 흡연 순으로 나타났고, 의사소통과 문화적 요인 등이 부부갈등의 변수로 나타났다. 셋째, 갈등요인들의 차이를 살펴보면 부부생활에 성적관계, 경제적 문제, 의사소통장애, 사회문화적 요소 등이 직접적으로 작용했음을 찾아볼 수 있다. 넷째, 전반적인 갈등대처행동을 살펴보면 소극적인 회피에서 대처행동이 가장 높게 나타났고, 부정적 감정행동 표출에서 대처행동이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 대처방안으로서는 여성뿐만이 아니라 부부의 책임을 공감하는 남편과 가족, 그리고 주변인의 관심과 적응력 향상에 적합한 전문가의 생활지도와 개별적인 상담이 요구되고 있다. 특히 여성들이 필요로 하는 주요한 복지 욕구는 일상적인 생활과정에서 장애가 되고 있는 부부생활, 가정생활, 그리고 사회문화에 적응할 수 있게 해 주는 교육과 지도임으로, 이에 대한 사회복지 프로그램 개발이 요청되고 있다.
위와 같은 갈등요인과 복지욕구들을 기초로 하여 설정한 실천적인 제안은 다음과 같다.
1) 한국인과 조선족여성간의 결혼관계는 초기과정부터 일정한 기간까지 한국생활과 부부생활에 적합한 사회적응 프로그램개발이 요청되고 있다.
2) 관계부처와 전문사회복지 기관에서는 국제결혼 관계에서 예상되는 문제점을 결혼대상자에게 사전에 제시하고 사정하여 문제해결 중심적인 가정 만들기 모형을 개발하는 것이 바람직하다.
3) 한국인과 조선족여성은 결혼 후 부부갈등의 필연적인 경험을 하게 된다. 이러한 갈등을 당사자들이 긍정적인 시각에서 수용하고 그에 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 양국 간의 전문기관(사회복지기관, 선교단체, 공공복지기관, 결혼상담 전문기관 등)과의 상호협력체계를 구축하는 것이 바람직하다고 사려 된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find a conflict reasons on marriage life between korean-Chinese who married to korean and find a way to deal with it. We also tried to provide a fundamental information on finding a couple conflict matters in international marriage life and search for a solution to it.
The number of people we conduct to a research is total 121, self-designed questionnaires were used with an interview. The main contents of the research are factors on marriage couple conflict, factors on how to behave with conflict and the demands to their welfare needs. We have reached to a conclusions according to researched information and would like to propose a following suggestions.
First, main problems for couple conflicts are health, communication, sex life, financial, unfaithfulness, different lifestyle, indifference to spouse, indecisiveness character, self centered character, self-possessed character, lacking in communication. Second, for the direct and indirect factors that lead to conflicts are husband's violence behavior, habit of heavy drinking, and heavy smoking. whereas variable factors are communication and cultural difference. Third, For the different matters on conflicts, there are a sex-life, financial problems, social-cultural matters were directly involved.
Fourth, when we look at general reaction behavior on confilict, passive reactions were extremly high, while expressing their negative emotions were the lowest.
To deal with a problem, There is a need for conducting a consult to not only a wife but also a husband and his family by an expert who can help themselves with improving adaptation. Especially because there is a increasing welfare demands that women needs on their marriage life, and family life, the proper guidance for adapting to a society culture, and development for a special welfare program is required.
Based on those conflict matters and desires for welfare, following lists are some realistic suggestions.
1) There is a need for developing a program that will help adapting to a society.
2) Relating ministries and professional welfare institutions should announce expected problems on international marriage relationship to each side of couple in advance. Proper thing is to make a model for problem solving oriented family.
3) Marriage life between Korean-Chinese women and korean will experience conflicts. Each side should take this in a positive way and try to come up with ways to deal with it. Also related institutions like social welfare institution, missionary group, public welfare institution, and marriage consulting institution sould form an interacting system to solve these problems.
