학부모의 태권도 도장에 대한 만족도와 구매행동의 관계 : 초등학생 자녀 학부모를 대상으로 = Relationships between Satisfaction and Purchasing Behavior of Student's Parents for Taekwondo Hall

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자녀가 다니고 있는 태권도 도장에 대한 부모의 만족도가 구매행동 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하는데 목적이 있으며, 태권도 도장의 경영 활성화에 도움이 되는 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하는데 그 필요성이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 2006년 3월 태권도 도장에 자녀들을 보내고 있는 학부모를 대상으로 '편의표본추출법(convenient sampling method)'의 방법으로 표본을 선정하였다.
자료수집을 위한 측정도구는 김동욱(2003), 김석련(2003), 김태완(2004), 정백수(2003)의 선행연구에서 사용된 설문지를 토대로 본 연구에 부합되도록 수정·보완하여 작성하였다. 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도는 요인분석을 통해 구성 타당도를 검증하였으며, Cronbach's α .866 ~ .638로 나타나 설문지의 신뢰도를 확보하였다.
이상의 과정을 거쳐 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 독립 t 검증, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 태권도 도장 이용 만족도 차이에서 자녀와의 관계에 따라서는 시설, 안전성, 지도자, 생리적 측면에서 아버지가 어머니 보다 높았다. 연령에 따라서는 시설과 안전성에서 41세 이상이 36-40세에 비해 높았다. 최종학력에 따라서는 안전성에서는 고졸이 대학원 이상 보다 높았고, 교육적 측면에서는 대학원 이상이 대졸보다 높았다. 자녀의 성별과 수련기간에 따른 이용만족도 차이에서는 모든 요인에서 차이가 없었다.
둘째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 구매행동 차이에서 자녀의 성별에 따라서는 여자가 남자에 비해 높았다. 그러나 자녀와의 관계, 연령, 최종학력, 수련기간에 따른 구매행동 차이에서는 차이가 없었다.
셋째, 태권도장 이용만족도가 구매행동에 미치는 영향에서는 시설과 지도자가 영향을 미쳤다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the research was to show the relationship between student's parents' satisfaction and purchasing behavior of Taekwondo Hall. The significance for the study was to present the data which is helpful for Taekwondo hall management. The sampling method was a targeted sample of parents who send their children to Taekwondo hall in Mar 2006 based on convenient sampling method for choosing a sample. The instrument is based on revised questionnaire of Kim Dong-wook(2003), Kim Suk-ren(2003), Kim Tea-wan(2004), Jung Beak-su(2003). The reliability and validity was verified by primary factor analysis, and guaranteed the questionnaire from Cronbach's α .866~.638. The statistics was frequency analysis, independent t test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 12.0 program. The results were as follows:
1. The satisfaction degree of taekwondo hall is different from relationship with children, and also different from facility, safety, instructor, physiological aspect. According to the age, the age group over 41 is. higher than the age group 36~40. According to the educational background, high school graduator is higher than graduate school graduator in safety aspect. Graduate school graduator is higher than bachelor degree graduator in educational aspect. There is no difference in the aspect of children's sex, the period of training.
2. In the difference of purchasing behavior from demographic variables, woman is higher than man in accordance with children's sex. But there is no difference in purchasing behavior in accordance with relationship with children, age, educational background, the period of training.
3. The facility and instructor has affected to the purchasing behavior of Taekwondo hall usage satisfaction.
