Influence of the supporting and protection system for the teenager's adaptation to school life

Now these days, a teenager's daily routine is mostly at the school (or they spend most of their time at school), We can tell that their school life can be influenced by their psychological and emotional conditions.
The Social welfare's practical approach and research to teenager's school life has been focused on decreasing the reason that some students couldn't get along with others and the factors which threatened their personal life and environment by therapy programs
Therefore, It is absolutely true that these studies and practical efforts were definitely contributed to protect teenager's crime
On the other hand, Some research of the latest date point out that protective policy can influence their school adaption even, those who make troubles.
Of course, it is important that teenagers are taken care of temporarily and current statistics itself. However, this thesis will show you the school life's difference and a fluence by protective policy and school adaptation.
Next, I will try to find a reinforcing alternative plan for teenager's protective policy by looking over the negative influence of school life.
This study means to increase of the understanding of a teenager's fluency of school adaptation and protective policy. And further, this study will contribute to the positive effect of theoretical basis.
The researcher who visited 5 different high schools in Jeon Ju City, Jeon buk Province, wrote this thesis with 732students' cooperation and inquiry.
The researcher used a rare analysis to evaluate the influence of protective policy by using by SPSS12.0 for the frequency of statistics and the differences by groups.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청소년들의 일상생활이 대부분 학교를 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 우리사회의 상황 하에서 청소년자신의 심리․정서적 상태는 물론, 주변 환경적 요인이 어떠한가? 에 따라 학교적응에 미치는 영향은 크다고 볼 수 있다.
그동안 청소년의 학교적응과 관련된 사회복지 실천적 접근과 연구들의 대부분은 문제 중심의 학교 부적응 청소년들에 대한 원인과 치료프로그램에 주력해 오면서, 청소년 개인 및 주변 환경적 고 위험 요인들을 경감시키고 제거하려는 노력에 초점을 맞추고 있었다.
반면, 최근의 연구들 중에서는 고 위험적 상황에 있는 청소년들도 지지․보호체계가 어떻게 작용하느냐에 따라 학교적응에 중요한 관건이 될 수 있음도 지적되고 있다.
따라서 본 연구는 청소년들의 지지․보호체계와 학교적응도에는 어떤 변수들이 있고 어떤 차이가 있는가? 그리고 청소년들의 지지․보호체계가 학교적응도에 어떤 영향을 미치는가? 를 살펴보고자 하였다.
이러한 연구의 의미는 청소년의 학교적응과 관련된 지지․보호 요소에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고, 고 위험의 요소에도 불구하고 사회적 지지체계가 형성될 경우 학교적응에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 것에 대한 이론적 근거를 마련하는데 기여하리라고 생각 된다.
본 연구는 전라북도 전주시와 근교에 위치한 5개 고등학교(인문계, 실업계, 학력인정 평생교육시설 등)1학년～3학년 732명을 대상으로 본 연구자가 직접 방문하여 설문조사를 실시하거나 선생님의 협조로 시행되었다.
설문에 사용된 도구는 선행연구에서 활용된 측정도구들 가운데 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 재구성 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS12.0을 이용하여 기술통계를 위한 기초 자료는 빈도분석을, 집단 간의 차이를 확인하기 위해서는 변량분석 및 T검증을, 지지․보호체계가 학교적응도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해서는 회귀분석을 사용하였다.
