아트 프로펠을 통한 중학교 미술과 교수·학습 모형 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대는 급속도로 발전하는 정보화 사회로 급격한 변화 속에 살고 있다.
이러한 현대 사회는, 쏟아져 나오는 정보에 대해 자신의 필요와 요구가 무엇인지 스스로 진단하여 필요한 정보를 선택하고, 가공하며 활용할 수 있는 기술, 즉 문제 해결 능력과 비판적 사고력을 요구한다. 오늘날 제 7차 교육 과정에서 미술 교육 또한 다양한 미술활동을 통하여 주변세계의 아름다움을 느끼며 향유할 수 있는 심미적인 태도와 상상력, 창의성, 비판적 사고력을 길러주고, 아울러 미술문화를 이해하며 계승, 발전시킬 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 전인적 인간을 육성하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.
본 연구는 가드너의 다중지능이론이 바탕이 되어 만들어진 아트 프로펠 학습법을 적용하여 학생들의 실태와 요구에 맞는 수업과 창의적, 비판적 사고력을 향상하여 최대한 자율성을 보장하고 자기 주도적인 학습의 형태를 마련하고자 하였다.
본 연구를 위하여 우선 가드너의 다중지능이론을 문헌 및 각 자료를 통하여 분석하여, 9가지 지능과 예술교육의 접근방향을 설명하였다. 둘째, 프로젝트 학습법과 아트 프로펠의 의미와 목적 및 학습 방법을 설명하였다. 셋째, 미술수업이 학습자 주도적 학습이 되도록 아트 프로펠의 영역프로젝트와 프로펠 포트폴리오의 응용방안을 통하여 활용 가능한 방안으로의 지도안을 제시하였다.
이러한 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 학생의 능력을 다양한 관점에서 바라보는 교육과정은 개인의 능력을 발휘하도록 하고, 교육의 기본 관점을 현실적인 교수 지도 방안으로 시행하였다는 점이다.
둘째, 창의적 사고력 확대에 미술교과가 큰 비중을 차지함을 알 수 있다.
셋째, 다양한 활동에 대한 반성일지 및 느낌 발표를 통해 쓰기와 말하기 측면에서 언어 능력의 향상을 꾀할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 거의 매 시간 실시되는 반성일지는 학생들로 하여금 자신에 대한 정확한 인식을 가능하게 할 것이다. 그리고 이러한 수업이 효과적으로 활용되기 위해서는 교육과정 및 평가도구 개발과 교육의 실질적 주체인 교사의 전문성과 확고한 의지를 통한 끊임없는 연구와 준비가 선행되어져야 한다.
주지교과에 비해 점차 수업 시수가 줄어가는 미술교과의 현 실태에서 통합적 교육이 가능하고, 오늘날 정보화 사회에서 요구하는 창의적, 비판적 사고력을 가진 인간상의 육성에 긍정적 요소를 갖고 있는 아트 프로펠 학습법을 활용하여 현장 수업에서 효과적인 수업과 연구로 거듭나기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The modern times is an information-oriented society rapidly developing and we live in a sudden change.
The modern society like this, demands the technique that we check what we need and request about pouring informations of our own accord and choose the needed informations and put knowledge to practical use, that is to say, a solving ability for a problem and a critical thought. These days the purpose of the artistic education of the 7th course of study is also fostering the whole person who has an aesthetic point of view, a lively imagination, a great originality and a critical thought that he can appreciate the beauties of environment through the various artistic activities, and an ability that he can understand, inherit and develope the culture of art.
This study tried to arrange the voluntary studying form that apply Art PROPEL studying method made based on Gardner. H.'s multiple intelligences theory and make it improve that a great originality and a critical thought through teaching suitable for students' actual condition and require, and guarantee autonomy to capacity.
The first, this study analyzed Gardner. H.'s multiple intelligences theory through the literature and each datum, and explained the approaching course of nine intelligences and the art education. The second, this study explained the meaning, the purpose and the studying method of the project studying method and Art PROPEL. The third, this study presented a teaching plan that can be applied through the applying device of domain project of Art PROPEL and that of PROPEL portfolio, in order that art class may be a study that a learner can lead.
The result gained through this study is below.
The first, the course of study watching students' abilities from the various points of view makes the ability of the individual displayed, and makes the basic point of view of the education the realistic teaching plan.
The second, this study is showing that the art education subject exerts the great influence on the enlargement of the creative thought.
The third, the reflection diary and telling an impression about various activities can achieve improvement of the faculty of speech in writing and speaking. Specially, the reflection diary performed almost every class can make students recognize themselves correctly. And in order that the class like this may be applied effectively, it should be preceded that the development of the course of study and appraising implement, and the continuous study and preparation through the expertness and the firm will of teachers, the substantial subject of education.
In the present condition of the art education subject whose number of school days is getting more and more decreased as compared with the main subjects, I expect that it can be the effective school and study on the ground that the application of Art PROPEL studying method that makes the unified education possible and has the affirmative elements for the rearing of human being who has a great originality and a critical thought through demanded in the information-oriented society today.
