      Every country has its own language and culture.
      Our country also possesses its traditional culture, and our musical assets surpass those of any other nations.
      However, it is a pity that the inflow and learning of western culture and music are considered as the advocate of modernization, and that our music is underestimated from our people.
      Realizing the importance of musical education in childhood, people try to improve the educational system a lot. But until now, western culture has been relentlessly flowed into our country by mistaken thoughts.
      Amid the excessive influx of foreign culture, western culture is wrongly regarded as the leading trend of modern culture, especially in musical area.
      Because of adults' biased view on culture and social policies, children could not have the chance to perceive the value of traditional music.
      It is certain that the children who are taught by foreign culture recognize and develop foreign music as our traditional music.
      Our children cannot realize the essence of traditional music because they did not have the chance to know, feel, or listen to it.
      We should acknowledge that most culturally-advanced countries carry out preschool musical education based on their ethnic, folk-based music.
      Indeed, each country can only find its spirit in its traditional music, implanting to people the pride in their own country.
      We cannot find our national spirit in foreign culture and music anymore.
      The culturally-advanced countries devise the way both to develop their own culture and to receive foreign culture in the context of their national sentiment.
      Therefore, we have to develop our traditional music into the original musical form in order to grow into culturally advanced country.
      Fortunately, with the nationwide request to recover the culture that was truly ours, the government tries to restore traditional culture.
      For the children who will be our future, we should educate them with the curriculum based on traditional music. Then, children who received that education can lead our music to a higher level.
