요가수련원의 활성화 방안 = Revitalize Plan of Yoga Practice Center

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 요가 전문 수련원의 현황을 조사하여 이를 통해 요가 전문 수련원의 문제점을 파악하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이는 증가된 우리나라 요가인구와 웰빙의 물결 속에서 질 높은 여가 생활을 선택하고 건강을 유지하는데 도움이 되는 기초 자료가 될 것이다.
본 연구의 방법은 무작위 선정된 열 곳의 수련원을 중심으로 문헌수집, 전문서적, 인터넷 자료, 각 수련원의 전문가 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 통하여 요가 전문 수련원의 현황을 분석하였다.
요가 전문 수련원의 운영 실태를 조사하기 위해 작성된 '요가수련원 프로그램 실태 및 운영 현황 조사서'의 주요 구성내용은 요가 프로그램, 소속과 공식명칭, 운영목적, 시설규모, 구성원 및 자격, 비용, 홍보 및 관리 등의 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
이를 통하여 다음과 같은 운영방안을 제시하고자 한다.
첫째, 제도적 문제로 요가에 대한 스포츠 종목으로써의 인정과 정부 차원의 실태파악 및 관리가 필요하다.
둘째, 요가 본래의 가치추구를 수련 목적의 기초로 하여 조직의 운영목적과 수련자의 수련 목적의 조화를 이루어 운영 되어야 할 것이다.
셋째, 요가 수련원의 프로그램은 수련자가 기대하는 수련의 효과가 나타날 수 있도록 운영되어야 한다.
넷째, 요가 수련원의 시설은 서비스 시설로써 부대시설을 갖추고, 제도개선과 관련한 규정, 규칙에 의해 제시된 규격화된 시설을 갖추어야 한다.
다섯째, 요가 수련원의 업무 효율성을 높이기 위해 실질적 업무를 수행할 인원을 배치하고 요가 지도자들의 전문성, 다양성, 신뢰성등을 갖춰 국가 공인자격증제도를 도입하여야 한다.
여섯째, 요가 수련원에서 실시되는 모든 프로그램에 대해 수련원간의 합리적 이고 획일화된 요금을 책정하여 운영해야 한다.
일곱째, 요가 수련원은 신뢰성 있는 매체를 확대하고 다양화된 홍보물과 이벤트를 통해 비 수련자나 수련자 모두에게 수련원을 홍보해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the problem of yoga training center and present an effective operating method through investigating the present condition of yoga training center in Korea. It will be basic and essential data that help people to select their leisure activity which has high quality in a present situation in Korea: increasing need for yoga and 'Well-being' trend in Korea.
The professional trainers who get yoga trainers' certificates were the subject of this research. Data were collected at 10 yoga training centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do by means of the survey and interviews with trainers, yogi. [The written investigation concerning the present operating condition in yoga training center] is made for investigating, and the contends consist of yoga program, belonging and formal name, operating goal, size, members and qualification, expense, publicity, and management.
To investigate the present operating condition in yoga training center, analysis and interpretation based on literature review, internet sources, interview and survey were rendered in a recursive, reflexive, and triangulated manner, incorporating insights and feedback from the research participants as well as the researchers. Through findings, this research will present the following operating method of yoga training center in Korea.
First, yoga training centers should make effort to obtain a good position to improve their condition. Thus, they need to urge the government to authorize yoga as a sport and include yoga training center among authorized sports institution. According to this, government should grasp the situation and problem, and manage the yoga training center in Korea.
Second, the operation purpose of yoga training center must be based on pursuing original yoga's value. Also, both purpose of both organization and trainee should be achieved at the same time.
Third, the program of yoga training centers must be operated so that the effect that yogi expects could appear.
Fourth, yoga training centers must be equipped with subsidiary facilities for service and must possess various convenient facilities. Also, it must be equipped with standardized facilities which presented by system improvement and related regulation.
Fifth, yoga training centers must introduce a national certified certificate of qualifications system about yoga trainers and arrange personnel to do practical work in order to raise efficiency of yoga training centers business and a specialty.
Sixth, operators in all yoga training centers must operate reasonable and standardized charge about all yoga programs.
Finally, yoga training centers must enlarge publicity through reliable media and publicize yoga training centers to yogi and people through more various information and events. he purpose of this study is to find out the problem of yoga training center and present an effective operating method through investigating the present condition of yoga training center in Korea. It will be basic and essential data that help people to select their leisure activity which has high quality in a present situation in Korea: increasing need for yoga and 'Well-being' trend in Korea.
