현대사회의 직업윤리교육에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대산업사회는 인간생활의 편리함이라는 업적의 이면에 물질만능주의, 과열된 경쟁주의, 획일화, 인간을 수단으로 여기는 인간존엄성의 경시 문제, 올바른 교육의 부재, 가치관의 혼란 문제 등의 역기능을 안고 있다. 이와 같은 현상들은 인간의 정신적·도덕적 생활의 안정을 방해하고 있어 현대사회의 고질적이고도 위험한 요소가 아닐 수 없다. 이러한 문제점들은 어느 한 개인이나 어느 한 단체, 어느 한 사회만의 자각과 노력으로 해결 될 수 없는 부분이며 법과 같은 타율적인 잣대로 해결 될 수 있는 문제도 아니다.
어느 사회이건 사회구성원들을 결합시키고 유지시켜 나가기 위해서는 공통적 상호작용이 필요한데 개개인의 직업활동으로 말미암은 각각의 직업윤리가 사회 구성원들간의 원활한 상호작용의 구심점 역할을 한다. 직업활동은 결코 개인적 차원에서의 의미로 한정되는 것이 아니라 사회적 차원으로 귀속되기 때문에 개인이 추구하는 욕구가 직업선택과 직업활동에 있어서 전부가 될 수는 없다. 이런점에서 직업윤리교육이 필요한 것이고 직업윤리는 일반윤리의식 속에서 공생해나가야 하며 이를 위해서는 교육으로 보충되고 계속적으로 교정되어 나아가야 한다.
직업윤리의 시작은 넓게는 사회를 통해 자연히 습득하게 되는 일반윤리를 토대로 하여 구체적인 시발은 올바른 진로 선택점으로부터가 된다. 문제는 교육현장에서의 직업윤리교육을 위해 선행되어져 있어야 할 진로·직업교육이 앞으로의 직업수행을 위해 필요한 지식이나 기술습득, 직업윤리의식, 직업과 연계된 사회적·심리적 요인, 흥미와 적성 파악, 원하는 직업과 자신의 특성과 일치 여부 등을 판단할 여유 없이 진행된다는 점이다. 충분한 당위성을 지니고 있어도 현실의 교육현장에서는 국가발전의 초석이 되는 제대로 된 진로교육이 실천되지 못하고 있다.
교육과정에서의 문제점이 국가·사회문제로 직결되는 것임에도 불구하고 고질적인 근본원인은 철폐되지 못한 채 악순환이 되풀이 되고 있는 것이다. 중요성에 비해 간과되고 방치되어 있던 직업윤리교육의 당면한 과제 해결과 올바른 정착을 위해서는 성숙된 윤리의식과 건전한 가치관의 확립 아래, 직업윤리교육이 실천적 교육으로 자리매김해야 하며 이를 위해서 도덕·윤리교과와 관련교과 교사들의 적극적인 활용 및 사회단체와 국가차원의 협력과 지원 등 각각의 역할 분담이 조화롭고 체계적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Like this problem points are the portion it could not be solved with which one individual or awakening and effort only of which one group and which one society and the law department is not also the problem with the same heteronomous measuring stick it could be solved.
Which society combines the case social members and it maintains and the hazard which goes out the common interaction which stands comes from with occupation activity of necessary outdoors each person and point role the interaction where the each professional ethics social member wild for is smooth centripetally. Occupation activity it will know and that it is limited assuredly with meaning from personal dimension, the craving which the individual pursues because reverts with social dimension to the occupation selection and the occupation activity to be is not a possibility becoming the whole.
The professional ethics education being necessary from like this point and professional ethics live together from general ethical ceremony inside and they go out and in the education which stands and the hazard it is supplemented continuously it is revised and it advances.
The start of professional ethics leads the society widely and it is found naturally and ethics generally with base and concrete start becomes from the proper course selection point.
