청소년이 지각한 부모의 학습관여와 양육태도가 학습동기에 미치는 효과 = (The) Effect of parents' involvement and parenting attitudes which adolescents perceive on motivation to learn

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년이 지각하는 부모의 학습관여와 양육태도가 청소년의 학습동기에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 경북 포항시내에 소재하는 고등학교 남여학생 240명과 경북 구미시내 중학교 3학년 160명, 서울시내에 소재하는 고등학교 3학년 300명을 대상으로 하였으며, 측정도구는 부모의 학습형태, 부모의 양육태도, 학교 학습동기 검사이다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위해서 SPSS/10.0프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 적률상관관계 분석과 중다회귀분석을 하였다.
본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 아버지의 학습관여형태는 청소년의 학교학습동기에 하위변인인 적정성과 추구, 민주적 규칙제공, 학업진보격려 순으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 어머니의 학습 관여 형태는 청소년의 학교학습동기에 하위변인인 적정성과 추구 학업정보제공, 학업진보격려 순으로 영향을 미치고 있다.
둘째, 아버지의 양육태도는 청소년의 학교학습동기에 하위변인인 수용적, 자율적, 통제적 태도 순으로 영향을 미치고 있고 어머니의 양육태도는 청소년 자녀의 학교 학습동기에 하위변인인 수용적, 자율적 순으로 영향을 미치고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was carried out to examine the effect of parents’ involvement on adolescents’ learning and parenting attitudes which adolescents perceive on their motivation to learn. The subjects of this study were 240 high school students, including boys and girls, whose school is located in Pohang, 160 junior high school students in the 3rd grade in Gumi, and 300 high school students in the 3rd grade in Seoul. The measurements are the style of parents’ involvement on adolescents’ learning, parenting attitudes, and motivation to learn from school. Pearson product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/10.0 program were implemented with the collected data.
The results from this research are as follows:
First, the style of the fathers’ involvement on adolescents’ learning affects a lower factor of motivation to school learning in the order of pursuing appropriate performance, providing democratic rules, and encouraging learning improvement. In case of mothers, their involvement on adolescents’ learning affects a lower factor of motivation to school learning in the order of pursuing appropriate performance, providing learning information, and encouraging learning improvement.
Second, parenting attitudes of fathers affect a lower factor of motivation to school learning on their adolescent in the order of receptive, autonomous, and controlled attitudes. In case of mothers, their parenting attitudes affect a lower factor of motivation to school learning on their adolescent in the order of autonomous and receptive attitudes.
