청소년의 역기능적 심리특성, 인터넷 중독 및 사이버 관련 비행의 관계모형 검증 = Verification of Relationship Model among Adolescents' Dysfunctional Psychological Traits, Internet Addiction and Cyber-related Delinquencies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년의 역기능적 심리특성(충동성, 공격성, 우울)과 그들의 인터넷 중독 및 사이버 관련 비행과의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 실행되었다. 이 관계 모형에서는 역기능적 심리특성인 충동성, 공격성, 우울을 예언변인으로, 사이버 관련 비행을 결과변인으로, 인터넷 중독을 매개변인으로 설정하였다.
연구대상자는 광주광역시에 소재한 2개의 중학교 학생 503명과 4개의 고등학교 학생 462명으로 전체 965명이다. 본 연구에서는 중·고등학생 전체집단과 남·녀의 성별에 따라 충동성, 공격성, 우울, 인터넷 중독, 사이버 관련 비행 간의 관계모형을 탐색하였다. 이를 위하여 AMOS를 이용한 공변량구조분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구에서 밝혀진 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 측정변수 간 상관관계를 살펴 본 결과 남학생 집단에서는 인터넷 중독이 우울과 가장 높은 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 또한 사이버 관련 비행의 하위변인인 지위비행과 재산비행은 공격성의 하위변인인 공격성 표현의 통제력과 가장 높은 정적 상관을 보였고, 성비행은 기질적 자발적 공격성과 가장 높은 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 그리고 폭력비행은 방어적 반응적 공격성과 가장 높은 정적 상관을 보였다.
둘째, 여학생 집단에서도 인터넷 중독과 우울은 가장 높은 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 또한 사이버 관련 비행의 지위비행, 성비행, 재산비행, 폭력비행 변인 모두 기질적 자발적 공격성과 가장 높은 정적 상관을 나타내었다.
셋째, 남학생 집단에서는 공격성이 사이버 관련 비행에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 인터넷 중독을 매개로 사이버 관련 비행에도 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
그러나 충동성과 우울은 사이버 관련 비행에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 충동성과 우울은 인터넷 중독을 매개로 사이버 관련 비행에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
넷째, 여학생 집단에서는 충동성과 공격성이 사이버 관련 비행에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 인터넷 중독을 매개로 사이버 관련 비행에도 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
그러나 우울은 사이버 관련 비행에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 인터넷 중독을 매개로 사이버 관련 비행에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
다섯째, 전체집단에서는 공격성이 사이버 관련 비행에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 인터넷 중독을 매개로 사이버 관련 비행에도 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
그러나 충동성과 우울은 사이버 관련 비행에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 충동성과 우울은 인터넷 중독을 매개로 사이버 관련 비행에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다.
위의 연구결과에 기초하여 청소년의 사이버 관련 비행을 예방하기 위한 생활지도와 상담에 주는 시사점을 간략하게 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인터넷 사용시간을 줄여야한다. 둘째, 충동통제 프로그램을 개발하여 실행하여야한다. 셋째, 정보통신 윤리교육 프로그램이 개발되고 활성화되어야 한다. 넷째, 집단활동을 통한 올바른 감정의 표현과 해소가 효과적으로 이루어져야 한다.
본 연구에서는 청소년의 사이버 관련 비행에 대한 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 개진하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was done in order to investigate the relationships among adolescents' dysfunctional. Psychological traits, internet addiction and cyber-related delinquencies. In this relationship model, impulsivity, aggression and depression as their dysfunctional psychological traits were regarded as prediction variables, internet addiction ad mediation variable, and cyber-related delinquency(crd) as outcome variable.
The subjects were 503 middle school students and 463 highschool students in Gwangju city.
Covariance structural analysis used by AMOS were administered in order to investigate the relationship model according to their gender difference and total traits as a whole.
The results are as Following:
First, among the measurement variables, the male students showed the highest positive correlation between internet addiction and depression. And it also showed the highest positive correlation between their status-and property delinquencies and control of aggressive expression. Their delinquencies in sex and violence correlated with their aggression.
Second, the female students also showed the highest positive correlation between internet addiction and depression. Their delinquencies in sex spontaneous aggressive and property correlated with their.
Third, in male students group, their aggression traits appeared to affect to crd directly, and indirectly through internet addiction. Impulsivity and depression did not affect directly to their crd but only through internet addiction, they exerted indirect effect.
Fourth, in female students group, their impulsivity and aggression affected to their crd directly and also indirectly through internet addiction. Depression appeared not to affect to their crd. But only through internet addiction affected indirectly.
Fifths, in whole students group, their aggression traits appeared to affect to crd directly, and indirectly through internet addiction. Impulsivity and depression did not affect directly to their crd but only through internet addiction, they exerted indirect effect.
Based on the results, some suggestions were made for future studies and guidance and counseling strategies for adolescents in order to prevent their possible cyber-related delinquencies.
