자원봉사 활동 만족도 및 관련요인에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

There should be some satisfaction after performong volunteer's tasks in order to increase volunteer's activities in community. The present studies are t examine the ways how to increase the volunteer's satisfaction and hence their activites.
Volunteers belong to SuSong-Gu, Taegu city(n=302), were subjected to be examined by questionarre.
The results of this study described as the following.
First, we need to know the motives of each volunteers and their expectations, when selecting volunteers in order to place them in right places. There should be a continuos support and interest, for the program to last.
Secondly we need to develop a program to educate and needs. The education must be consigned to special institutes by fields.
Thirdly, we need to bring up an incentive program to reward those volunteers and needs a system to evaluate whether the program is running smoothly and effectively.
Fourthly, we need to create a new programs, build a center for the volunteers, coordinators to administrations and management. Programs about the areas of volunteer activities of which the possibilities of practical use in the community welfare centers are high have to be developed.
Lastly, we need a strong support from the government.
There should be a financial support as well as socially and psychologically.
