치료적 집단 놀이가 발달지체아의 사회적 행동에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Therapeutic group play on Social Activities of Young Children with Developmental Delay

국문 초록 (Abstract)

발달지체 아동은 사회적 기술의 결함으로 원활한 상호작용과 또래 집단에서 요구되는 사회적 행동을 나타내는데 어려움이 있으며 이를 극복하기 위하여 적절한 중재가 필요하다. 본 연구는 발달지체아 3명에게 노는 즐거움과 신체접촉, 눈 맞춤, 정서적 교류를 경험할 수 있는 치료적 집단놀이 프로그램을 제공하여 사회성이 변화하는지 살펴보기 위하여 아바쿠스 사회화 검사를 사전·사후로 실시하였고 사회적 행동 변화를 알아보기 위하여 아바쿠스 사회화 집단프로그램 구성행동 중 관찰 가능한 항목을 발췌하여 기초선 3회, 중재 12회, 유지 3회를 주 1회, 총 18주의 놀이 프로그램 실시 기간동안 관찰하였다.
결과는 첫째, 치료적 집단놀이 프로그램이 연구대상 아동 모두의 아바쿠스 사회화검사의 사회성 향상에 변화를 보였다. 전체적으로 놀이행동, 감정에 대한 인식, 자신과 타인에 대한 인식, 사회적 행동, 사회적 정보 순으로 향상되는 변화를 보였다. 둘째, 사회적 행동 변화에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었다. 연구대상 아동 모두는 치료적 집단놀이 프로그램을 통하여 집단 활동에 참여하기, 순서 기다리기, 규칙 따르기, 지시사항 수행하기 등 사회적 행동이 전반적으로 향상되는 결과를 나타내었다.
따라서 치료적 집단놀이는 발달지체아의 사회적 행동을 향상시키는데 영향을 미쳤으며 집단 놀이 활동이 유용하다는 것을 다시 한번 확인하는 계기가 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This Study investigated whether therapeutic group play would enhance social activities of young children with developmental delay. The children with developmental delay have difficulty in proper interaction and social behaviors required in peer group. Thus they need adequate intervention to cope with these problems. In this research, they were provided with group play program to help them feel the joy of play and examined whether playing skinship, looking eyes with each other and emotional exchange can help them change recognition of themselves and other people and to improve their adaptive sociality. It was administrated the social section of "ABACUS" after and before the treatment to evaluate the sociality of the 3 children.
The results are as follows:
First, therapeutic group play program turned out to improve the sociality of participating children. Entirely playing behaviors, emotional recognition, recognition of themselves and other people, social activities and were also improved.
Second, therapeutic group play had a positive effect on the improvement of social activities such as participating group activities, waiting orders, obeying the rules and following the given instructions.
It is clear that therapeutic group play improved the social activity of the young children with developmental delay participated in this research.
