럭비코치의 지도자 행동 유형이 선수 만족도와 팀 응집력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 럭비 코치와 선수들 간의 효율적인 의사소통관계와 원활한 팀 운영을 위해서 지도자행동 유형에 따라 선수만족 및 팀 응집력의 관계를 알아보고 지도유형이 팀 응집력에 얼마나 많은 영향을 미치는가를 규명하여 효율적으로 선수들을 지도하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 연구를 수행하였다.
이에 조사대상으로는 대한 럭비 협회에 등록되어있는 중학교 19팀과 고등학교 16팀 총 605명 전체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.
수집 된 자료처리는 t-test, 일원변량분석, 단순회귀분석, 중다회귀분석 을 사용하였다.
이와 같은 과정을 통해 얻어진 자료는 연구 가설에 따라 다음의 결론을 도출하였다.
첫째. 선수의 개인적 특성과 지도자 행동 유형 선수만족도 팀 응집력의 관계에서는 부분적으로는 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째. 지도자행동 유형은 선수만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째. 선수만족은 팀 응집력에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째. 지도자 행동 유형과 팀 응집력에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Coach's leadership, satisfaction of team members and cohesion have great an effect on performance ability in sport groups. It is needed to a study that the relating variables are established and analysed through social-psychological process to clearly and specifically identify relationship between coach's leadership style and team cohesion. Satisfaction of members and achievement motivation are recognized as importantvariables in cohesion ofsportgroup.
Interaction between team membersand organizing ability in rugby willbethe criticalfactors to maximize game ability as a team game.However,a few studies have done forthese factors in rugby game since itis nota popular game. Therefore,the purpose ofthis study was to identify the relationship among coach's leadership style,member satisfaction and group cohesion in rugby.
Total 605 players from 19 middle school teams and 16 high school teams who are enrolled in Korea Rugby Association are participated in the study. Questionnaire for demographic data, leadership style, satisfaction of members, and team cohesion was collected. Data analysis was performed using by t-test,one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. Results obtained from the study are as follows.
First, there are partially significant differences between demographic characteristics, leadership style, satisfaction of members, and team cohesion.
Second. leadership style significantly havean affecton satisfaction of members.
Third, satisfaction of members significantly have an affect on team cohesion.
Fourth, leadership style partially have an affect on team cohesion.
