      The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of educational activity using multicultural picture books on young children's attitudes toward family structure and divorce. For this purpose, educational activity using multicultural picture books was developed.
      For this study, the questions are as follows.
      1. Is there any differences in young children's attitude toward family structure between control and experimental groups?
      2. Is there any differences in young children's attitude toward divorce between control and experimental groups?
      The subjects were composed of two groups of 6-years-old kindergarteners, with experimental group and control group in 20 children each. The experimental group involved in 8 units of educational activity using multicultural picture books for 4 weeks. For the control group, the program was not conducted.
      For data processing and analysis, SPSS was used, independent t-test was applied to verify whether there is any difference in attitude toward family structure and divorce between two groups.
      The results of this study were as following:
      First, educational activity using multicultural picture books demonstrated positive effects on attitude of the young children toward family structure.
      Second, educational activity using multicultural picture books demonstrated positive effects on attitude of the young children toward divorce.
