      The purpose of this study is to provide that what kind of programs are most proper, or what learners wants to be educate. Survey, used two kinds of questionnaire, had done to research the presence and tendency of Lifelong Education programs in 5 University of Education in Korea.
      As results, there needs many supports in government, community, university, learners respectively, especially need to realize the importance of Lifelong education and aged society.
      In government level, they have to support on administrative and financial dimension. And they have to do some practical management and legal procedure to fix the concepts and role of lifelong education.
      Second, there is wide spread age degrees who are participate in lifelong education program, so community, also give support to development of programs that are proper to all of residents. In case of Minnesota State Government, they had studied some plan to prepare future aged society. So to make healthy society, there need wide support on high-educated aged people, and that can make their life better. That is the way of making healthy society, and enlarge the capacity of growth in financial, cultural dominant.
      Third, each university is take great role in implement of program. They have to develop various programs that can make use in real career development, building high-quality professors, participating in University professors, connecting programs with major department and regular curriculum, and employ professional educator.
      Last, in each learner level, they need some changing their mind about programs. In many ways people perceived lifelong education as making use of his/her spare time, or as spending a dilettante life. Future life, however, need more complicate and digitalized ability to all of people, especially to aged people, because aged people are human resources who can be worth of translating every skillful technologies or knowledge. We have to prepare the future life through the lifelong education. Also actualize ourselves, make richer our lives, enhance the quality of life, all of this can only through 'Lifelong Education'.

      The purpose of this study is to provide that what kind of programs are most proper, or what learners wants to be educate. Survey, used two kinds of questionnaire, had done to research the presence and tendency of Lifelong Education programs in 5 University of Education in Korea.
