대학보건진료소 운영현황 및 대학생의 건강증진서비스 요구도 조사

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current operation status of university health centers and the needs for health promotion services of university student. self-administered questionnaire survey were performed for all of 4-year university and 929 undergraduate students from one metropolitan university.

The main results of the study were as follows ;
1) The average number of manpower in university health center was 2.4. There were 52 universities(84%) which had full time nurse and 10 universities(1.6%) which had part-time nurse. Only 8 universities(1.3%) hired a full-time physician.
2) The size of university health center were 10-30 pyung(54.8%), 30-50 pyung(21.0%), below than 10 pyung(16.0%), and above than 50 pyung(8.0%)
3) The budget of 19 universities (33.9%) were 10,000,000 - 30,000,000 won and the 5,000 - 10,000 students number were 14 universities (54%).
4) A regular physical examination was performed in 27 universities (4.4%).
5) The main health project were medical care, physical examination, health promotion service.
(2) The needs of Health Promotion Service of University Students Total number of student who participate the response are 929. Among them, 601(64.7%)of student do not know whether Health Promotion Service, which means public relation is required.
The needs of Health Promotion Service of University Students were physical examination, medical care, vaccinations.
In conclusion, establishment cooperating among college, sharing information, and evaluation system of health related policy to college are required.
