    Today is the information age an unlimited competition society. Our society needs the human beings with the creativity, the efficient analysis and the synthesis of information. In general, the creativity is obtained by generating new ideas. In order to generate new ideas, the followings are necessary: the affordable time, space, a plenty of materials, data, and communication tools to exchange ideas. But, in the traditional class, these activities have been limited even though they are necessary.
    In this study, I design and implement the web-based creativity development system and apply it to the CPS(Creativity Problem Solving) domain. The method of evaluation is the portfolio.
    The web-based creativity development system will assist students to generate new ideas using benefits of convenience and abundant data. The CPS(Creativity Problem Solving) is useful for invention It is through applying basic thinking skills and project methods to improvment of the problem solving ability. The portfolio is one of performance assessment methods. The protfolio is the collection of the works; data, file, photo, etc.
    The self-leader student is the ultimate goal of the 7th revision of the curriculum. Preasely, the aim of study is to encourage students to generate new ideas by allowing the self-evaluation interaction mechanisms.
