Because of radical increase of information system development cost, analyzing information system performance has became a critical issue, and dependency on information system and its importance are also increasing.Up to now, many studies have been carried on, based on IS Success Model by Delone & Mclean(1992) which reviewed and studied on the previous studies, to test each construct or to extend a area. However, most researchers have focused on user-perceived system quality or user satisfaction, and many of them have taken it as surrogate variable of information system effect. The reason of this research trend comes from that it is difficult to measure effect of information system directly because of complexity of intercorrelated effects which are directly or indirectly derived from the system. This study categorize six variables in IS Success Model into three dimensions like? quality, information system use, and effect, and aims to show the causality of them. To fulfill the above aim, this study explicates measuring indexes of quality, usages, and effect through referring to sundry records, and then 559 workers who use a specific information system is surveyed and interviewed. Through the method of path analysis, it is proved that the causality among three variables is significant. It is also shown that the causality of three variables show that increased system use with higher information quality may result in efficient business processes.
