자기노출, 사회적 지지 및 의도적 반추가 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Self-Disclosure, Social Support and Intentional Rumination on Posttraumatic Growth

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the effects of self-disclosure and social support on posttraumatic growth, including considering intentional rumination as a mediating variable in this relationship. A sample of 349 police officers (317 men and 32 women) in Busan, Kyungnam were asked to complete the Self-Disclosure Scale, Social Support Scale, Intentional Rumination Scale, Posttraumatic Growth Inventory and List of Work Events Scale. Results revealed that (a) posttraumatic growth was significantly and positively correlated with self-disclosure, social support and intentional rumination; (b) intentional rumination also partially mediated the effect between the relationship of self-disclosure, social support and posttraumatic growth.
