문화 역량 제고를 위한 음악과 교육과정 개선 방안 = Improvement of the Music Curriculum to Develop the Cultural Competency

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study is to suggest the improving plan of thecultural competency in the music curriculum. To do so, we examinedrelation between music education and culture and the concept andelements of cultural competency. Based on this, we suggested thefollowing plan.
First, it is necessary to present systematically the significance of themusic's cultural characteristics involving the cultural competency.
Second, it is necessary to deal with openness, identity, and enjoymentability of the culture totally in the curriculum. Third, it is necessary topresent content area of the cultural competency independently orexpand contents of the cultural competency on existing content area.
