대학생의 성인애착유형, 부모애착, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로미결정의 관계: 조절된 매개모형을 중심으로 = The Relationships Among Adult Attachment Style, Parental Attachment, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Indecision: Based on a Moderated Mediation Model

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성인애착유형이 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개로 대학생의 진로미결정 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 서울과 지방 소재 대학생 총 281명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모애착을 통제한 상태에서 성인애착유형은 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감을 p<.01 수준에서 유의하게 설명하였다. 둘째, 부모애착과 진로결정 자기효능감을 통제한 상태에서 성인애착유형은 진로미결정 수준을 p<.01 수준에서 유의하게 설명하였다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감이 성인애착유형과 진로미결정 수준 간의 관계를 유의하게 매개하였고, 그 효과는 성인애착 유형에 따라 차이가 났다. 대학생의 진로결정에 있어서 부모애착이 중요하지만, 이와 별도로 성인애착이 갖는 영향력을 확인함으로써 진로상담에 주는 함의에 대해 논하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The primary aim of this study was to investigate the relationships among adult attachment style, parental attachment, career decision-making self-efficacy and career indecision. The results gained from analyzing data on a total of 281 college students were as follows: Compared to students with insecure attachment styles(e.g., preoccupied, dismissing, and fearful styles), students with a secure attachment style scored higher on the levels of career decision and career decision-making self-efficacy controlling for the effect of parental attachment. In addition, career decision self-efficacy partially mediated the association between adult attachment style and career indecision. This mediation effect was moderated by adult attachment style. The implications of these results were discussed in the context of recommendations for practice and future research.
