중학생의 자살위험요인에 대한 자아탄력성의 조절효과 = The effects of suicidal risk factors on suicidal behaviorand the moderating effect of ego resiliency

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of suicide risk factors on suicidal behavior and ego resiliency on relationships between suicide risk factors and suicidal behavior. For these goals, 418 middle-school students participated and completed all measures. The major results of this study are as follows; First, suicide risk factors(stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, exposure to suicide news) and ego resiliency significantly were related to suicidal behavior. Second, ego resiliency moderated the relationships between stress by teacher and study, depression, experience of substance use, but on the relationship between exposure to suicide news and suicidal behavior showed main effect only. Third, depression, substance use, exposure to suicide news, stress influenced on suicidal behavior. Depression provided explanation power of 62.5% degree on suicidal behavior.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중학생들의 자살 예방과 재발방지에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하기 위해 자살 위험 요인들이 자살행동에 미치는 영향을 심리적 보호요인인 자아탄력성이 매개해 주는지를 탐색하고 자살위험요인들이 자살행동에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중학생 418명(남학생 209명, 여학생 209명)을 대상으로 자살행동, 자아탄력성, 우울, 불안, 스트레스, 약물복용경험, 자살기사 노출경험을 설문조사하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 자살행동은 모든 위험요인들과 의미있는 상관을 나타냈으며 자살행동과 위험요인들과의 관계에서 자아탄력성은 교사스트레스와 학업스트레스, 우울, 약물복용경험에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자살기사노출에서는 자아탄력성의 주효과는 나타났지만 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 독립변인들이 자살행동에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보기 위한 중다회귀분석 결과에서 우울은 자살행동을 설명하는 가장 주요한 변인으로 나타났으며 약물복용, 자살기사 노출경험, 일반 스트레스 역시 자살행동을 유의미하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 대한 논의와 추후연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
