급별 학교교육활동 양상에 기초한 유,초,중등 학교의 교육과정 통합 방식의 경향성 고찰 = The Trend of Integrating Method in Kindergarten, Elementary, and Secondary Schooling

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine the trend of Integrating Method in Kindergarten, Elementary school, and Secondary School. For this, some studies which are Whitehead(1929), Egan(1979), Debesse(1992), and Dewey(1938) was reviewed. The mode of early childhood`s education was inquired student-centered pedagogical system. The mode of elementary education was inquired teacher-centered pedagogical system. The mode of secondary school education was inquired subjects matter-centered pedagogical system. Integrating methods also had several approaches as scholars. But these were generally divided by multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approaches, based on subject, social needs, and students` interests. They are different in integrating aim, integrating objects, integrating methods, and definition of integration. Early childhood`s education and elementary school education were mainly applied to transdisciplinary approaches. based on students` interests. Secondary and higher education were mainly applied to multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary approaches, based on subjects.
