청소년의 진로준비행동이 진로개발역량에 미치는 영향 -‘사회적지지’의 매개효과를 중심으로 = Influence of Adolescents' Career Preparation Behavior upon Career Development Competency -Focusing on Mediating Effects of ‘Social Support’

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of adolescents' career preparation behavior upon career development competency, and the parametric analysis of social support as another factor. For this, a survey was carried out targeting 248 middle․high school students who use youth institutions where are located in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. To examine the influence of adolescents' career preparation behavior upon career development competency, the test was performed through the confirmatory factor analysis and the mediation model analysis of structural equation. Also, the mediating effect, which is indirect effect, cannot presume normal distribution. Thus, significance of indirect effect was verified by using Bootstrap. As a result of research, the experience related to adolescents' career preparation behavior and the adolescents' career development competency had the social support could be known to have partial mediating effect. Through these results, the support of family, school, and community needs to be more activated targeting adolescents. Especially when career preparation behavior is specifically formed by virtue of community support, the career development competency will be more accelerated. Thus, at the point of time that adolescents enter adulthood, they may be expected to be likely able to decide on job and career appropriate for own competency.
