영유아의 자기통제와 공격성 간의 교사-영유아관계의 매개효과 = The Mediating effects of teacher-child relationships on children`s self-control and aggression

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of the teacher-child relationship on children`s self-control and aggression and to establish a statistical correlation. Subjects include 100 girls and 103 boys, all from three to seven years of age and all attending day care centers and kindergartens, and 16 of their teachers. Teachers completed rating scales to measure their perceptions of teacher-child relationships, children`s self-control, and aggression. Pearson`s correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between the three categories. Additionally, the mediating effects of the teacher-child relationship on children`s self-control and aggression were analyzed according to multiple regression analysis, using the AMOS(Analysis of MOment Structure)18.0 Program. Findings indicate positive and statistically significant correlations between teacher-child relationships and children`s self-control and aggression. Specifically, the full spectrum of the teacher-child relationship mediating effects were seen to influence the children`s self-control and aggression.
