초보상담자의 스트레스 경험에 대한 질적 연구 = AQualitative Study on Beginning Counselors` Experience of Stress

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study posed the following questions: What kinds of stress do beginning counselors experience due to general people`s expectation of them as well as at the scene of counseling and what does it imply in the socio-cultural context? Strauss and Corbin`s (1998) Grounded Theory approach was employed, drawing 95 concepts, 21 sub-categories, and 8 categories. Based on Grounded Theory paradigm, the findings of analyses are explained with causal conditions, the key phenomenon, the contextual condition, the interventional conditions, the action/interaction strategy, and the results. The process of beginning counselors` experiencing stress consisted of four stages: entrance, confrontation, endurance, and realization. There were three types of relevance among categories around the key category.
