부모의 비협조적인 가치태도가 보육교사의 직무효능감과 교사반응에 미치는 영향 = Self-Efficacy and Reaction of Teachers by Parents` Noncooperation Attitude

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigates effect that parents` ill-disposed stance gets in nursing teacher`s vocational self-efficacy and teacher reaction and to supply nursing teacher`s stress disposal plan and basic data to establish specific direction of teacher education program development based on this is purpose of study. Because vocational self-efficacy is influenced due to study finding noncooperation attitude parents, vocational self-efficacy is low and raised teacher response. In this study, search effect that negative attitude, of parents who treat teacher, gets in teacher`s vocational self-efficacy and teacher reaction and there is purpose though nursing teacher prepares basis that can concentrate in nursing activity more comfortably with children on the spot and develops smooth interaction program of succession research reactor parents-teacher. Need to understand about negative sequence accordingly with nursing teacher`s work-related stress by sequence of this study. As well as, through this, study that can present various registration point in communicate supervision dimension either actuality teacher individual`s composition of stress prevention program correlation promotion with parents may have to be achieved continuously.
