아파트 경비원의 직무환경 개선을 위한 경험적 접근 -범죄 예방활동 강화를 중심으로- = Empirical research for job environment improvement of apartment security guard

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The most popular house form is a apartment style in South Korea. Apartment has been overcome housing shortage problem in the modern society of South Korea until recently. As a result, the prices of house was stabilized in the Republic of Korea. By the way, apartment-oriented housing raise a serious problem. Community has died down a great deal, anonymity increased dramatically and disparity in social standing from residential space. In addition, the phenomenon of crime is a growing. What can be done to stop apartment crimes. Crime prevention is the official duties of a apartment security guard. So crime prevention role of watchmen`s should be expanded. The goal of this research is to suggest the role expansion plan of security guards for the apartment crime prevention. Apartment security guard conducted a survey about crime prevention recognition, satisfaction, crime prevention work weight. As a result, there are four improvement way were found. First, apartment guard should be improved to crime prevention expertise. The survey results of the job description of the apartment security guards is relatively low. Second, Closed-circuit television should be operating efficiently in apartment. Security guards and residents are expecting the effects of crime prevention about it. However, CCTV monitoring working of the guards is not enough. Closed-circuit television management should be strengthened and increased. Guard must systematize real time monitoring operation. Third, We must elevate social estimation about guard and raise morale. Objective estimation about degree of labor is important morale factor more than wages rise. Finally, Safety of guard should be secured. Self-protection equipment and night safety equipment have to be paid at night patrol. Establishment of guard minimum arrangement standard promotes safety of guard.
