사회인지진로이론적 관점에서 본 대학생의 진로만족 모형 = A Structural Model of Career Satisfaction Based on the Social Cognitive Career Theory

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to predict and to test the structural model of variables effecting on subjective well-being like life satisfaction and career satisfaction. This study was constructed on basis social cognitive career theory(SCCT). The model consisted of six variables, those are life satisfaction, career satisfaction, goal intention behavior, self-efficacy, result expectation, and social support. The samples of the present study consisted of 385 college students, and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis were conducted.
The findings are as follows:Firstly, this study model was a good fit.
Secondly, students' career satisfaction appeared to affect life satisfaction.
Thirdly, result expectation, goal intention behavior and career satisfaction mediated social support and life satisfaction. But there was no significant difference between self-efficacy and career satisfaction Finally, limitations and recommendations of this study were discussed for further studies.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 Lent와 Brown(2008)이 새롭게 시도한 통합사회인지진로이론 에 근거하여 대학생의 진로만족, 삶에 대한 만족 등 주관적 안녕감을 구성하는 요인들의 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학생 385명을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0 프로그램과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 연구모형을 검증하였다.
연구 결과 본 연구의 경로모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 연구모형 검증에서 삶의 만족에 대한 진로만족의 영향력이 확인되었고, 자기효능감과 결과기대 그리고 목표지향행동 및 진로만족은 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족의 관계를 매개하였다. 그러나 자기효능감은 진로만족에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 대학생 개인의 삶에 있어서 진로가 중요한 의미를 차지한다고 볼 수 있으며, 주관적 안녕 요인에 대한 사회인지진로이론의 유용성을 확인할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 제언을 논의하였다.
