생애주기 관점에서 본 아동복지와 청소년복지정책의 연계방향 연구 -빈곤 아동과 청소년에 대한 문화, 사회, 인적자본의 전략적 연결고리 형성을 중심으로- = A study on the coordination of structural patterns of child and youth welfare from the perspective of Life-span

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focuses on a fundamental direction of child and youth welfare policy which needs to be explored according to their life-spans and to be facilitated in terms of efficiency and connection. As low birth rate and population ageing are prevalent, qualitative nurturing and development of the child and youth become a critical factor of social development. To actively help their development, I have conducted a holistic research on the policy direction to seek the connection between child and youth welfare policies. For the purpose, I explore the meaning of cultural, social and human capitals, and appropriate factors to each life span as well as investigating the prior welfare policies on child and youth. Especially, the three capitals seem to be chained to each other in a cyclic form. Cultural capital forms a basis to sustain creative capability in a circumstance including home and society. Social capital, in turn, affects the others while verifying and expanding such a capability. In addition, the connection of social and cultural capitals could promote human capital to realize individual`s creativity. Consequently, I present a new direction on child and youth welfare policies which are connected to each other.
