개인적 교수효능감과 문제해결방식의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과 - 예비유아교사를 중심으로- = The Mediating Effects of Ego-Resilience on the Relationship Between Personal Teaching Efficacy and Problem-Solving Style -Focused on Future Teachers of the Department of Early Childhood Education-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 예비유아교사의 개인적 교수효능감과 문제해결방식의 관계에서 자아탄력성이 지니는 매개효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경상북도에 소재한 2개 대학교의 유아교육 전공 대학생들 184명이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 17.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 주요변수들 간의 상관관계는 모두 유의하였고, 개인적 교수효능감과 문제해결방식 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이에 본 연구결과가 주는 시사점으로 자아탄력성이 예비유아교사의 교수효능감과 향상과 더불어 중요하게 인식되고 계발되어야 한다는 관점이 논의되었다. 또한 본 연구결과가 다양한 문제 상황에서 지속적 스트레스를 경험하는 유아교사들의 문제해결을 지원하기 위해서는 개인적 교수효능감 뿐만 아니라 자아탄력성 증대를 위한 여러 방안의 탐색을 제안한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of ego-resilience on the relationship between personal teaching efficacy and problem-solving style of university students who were majoring in early childhood education. The subjects of this study were 184 students who lived in Gyeongsang-Do. Students filled out questionnaires on their personal teaching efficacy, solving style and ego-resilience. The collected data were analyzed through Spss Window 17.0 Correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results showed that there was correlation among personal teaching efficacy, problem solving style, and ego-resilience of students. Also, there were mediating effects of ego-resilience on the relationship between personal teaching efficacy and problem-solving style.
