멀티미디어기반의 자기주도적 직업교육프로그램이 지적장애학생의 외주작업수행에 미치는 효과 = Effects of Multimedia Based-, and Student Directed Vocational Training Program on Job Performances of Students with Intellectual Disabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop multimedia based- and student directed vocational training program promoting job skills required for outsourcing partner company, and to examine the effects of the program on the job performances of students with intellectual disabilities. Three high school students with intellectual disabilities participated in this study and they received 16 sessions of multimedia-based training program. Multiple probe design across subjects was employed to examine the effects of the intervention. Results of this study indicated that the intervention program affects students' job performance positively such as increasing amount of work done and rate of correct responses, and decreasing an error rate. These positive changes were maintained and generalized to other vocational environments. Implications for future research and practice were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 장애학생의 고용을 희망하는 기업의 외주작업기술을 교수하기 위하여 자기주도적 학습이 가능한 멀티미디어 기반의 작업교육프로그램으로 제작하고 정신지체학생에게 적용하여 취업에 필요한 외주작업수행 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 특수학교에 재학 중인 지적장애 고등학교 1학년 학생 3명이었으며, 대상 학생들에게 적합한 멀티미디어 기반 외주작업교육 프로그램을 교내 재활작업장에서 모두 16회기에 걸쳐 제공하였다. 중재프로그램이 학생들의 외주작업수행에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 대상자간 중다간헐기초선 설계(multiple probe design across subjects)를 사용하였다. 실험결과 멀티미디어기반의 자기주도적 작업교육프로그램 중재는 참여학생들의 작업량과 정반응률을 증가시키고, 불량률을 감소시키는 등 지적장애학생의 취업에 필요한 외주작업수행에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 일반화와 유지에도 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.
