고등학교 정신지체 학생의 제빵 실습을 위한 멀티미디어 교수 프로그램의 설계 및 개발

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

According to the 2008th' curriculum in Korea, the special school principals can manage their school curriculum(vocational training courses) freely based on the school situation. As the results of this, the baking training courses could be expected to take place in many special schools and classes in the future. The baking training course needs some expensive equipment and tools including a variety of materials. And the retarded children has some difficult to continue learning process in it because of theirs' poor attention abilities and learning speed. And so, I expected, for the special students like mental retarded children, it could be effective to use educational multimedia program for increasing success in baking training course.
For the purpose of this, I tried to design and develop a proper educational multimedia program of baking for mental retarded high school student and then review the effect of the program from the some teachers of baking and students.
As the reaults;
First, 'a bread practice multimedia educational program' was designed and developed for the mental retarded high school student. Its' contents configuration composed a main menu include 'various bread ', 'how to baking bread', 'material preparation', 'data room', etc.
Second, The programs' quality was verified through evaluation of a special teacher of bread and high school special class students.
