학습태도 결정에 영향을 주는 학생 내,외적 요인 분석: 인문계 고등학생을 중심으로 = The Impact Factors Related to Learning Attitude

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes the factors influencing high school students` learning attitude. For this purpose, this study uses a sample from KEEP(Korea Education and Employment Panel 2) data, and examines how and what degree 7 latent variables and 29 observed variables influence learning attitude. The structural equation model analysis is used, and the results are as follows. First, the latent variable which has the most significant influence on learning attitude is school variable which is composed of class climate, teacher`s ability and school environment factor. Second, the other latent variables affect learning attitude too. Learning attitude is influenced directly by career decision-making, and directly and indirectly by social capital. These findings have few implications. First, to improve learning attitude, school and family should improve learning environment and need to show concern for students who have trouble in learning. Second, high school need to activate career counseling program and career education with practical plan.
