      The purpose of this study is to identify the association between corporate social responsibility and hotel employees` employment characteristics by using two-step cluster analysis. The data were collected from 10 different super deluxe hotels in Seoul. A total of 300 were collected and analyzed using SPSS ver. 11.5. From the findings, two different clusters were derived from two-step cluster analysis based on nonmetric variables such as gender, marital status, education, age, type of employment, department, title, year of employment, and metric variables such as corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment. There were significant associations among those two segmented groups in terms of all the categorical variables input. Finally, these results will be helpful for hotel decision makers to understand importance of corporate social responsibility while theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.
