유아다문화교육에 대한 교사인식 연구를 통해 본 유아다문화교육 = Korean Multicultural Education through Review of Multicultural Early Childhood Teacher`s Perception Literatures

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article built on the review of literatures in the field of early childhood teacher`s perception about multicultural education. The finding showed major korean multicultural education concepts and conditions from the 13 literatures considered: education as imperative but non-teaching, education for cultivating global talents, education of human relations approach, ideology of equality and practice of difference, practice by unprepared teacher. The authors criticized researcher`s perspective of the teacher in multicultural early childhood teacher literature and discussed new direction beyond obstacle and struggle of Korean multicultural education.
