경계선과 반사회성 성격병리에서의 충동성과 공격성 비교 = A Comparison of Impulsivity and Aggression between Borderline Personality Disorder and Antisocial Disorder

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 경계선과 반사회성 성격병리에서의 충동성과 공격성을 비교해보고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 대학생과 일반 성인 총 305명이었다. BIS-11 충동성 척도, EIS 충동성 척도, Buss와 Durkee Hostility 척도, PAI 경계선 성격 특성 척도와 반사회성 성격 특성 척도, 성격장애 진단검사의 경계선과 반사회성 척도를 실시하였다. 충동성과 공격성에 포함되는 어떠한 하위요인이 경계선과 반사회성 성격병리를 설명해 줄 수 있는지 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 흥분성, 전반적 정서조절결함, 운동활동 충동성, 공격적 태도, 인지 충동성, 신체적 공격, 원한, 부정성이 경계선 성격병리를 유의미하게 설명하였다. 또한, 신체적 공격, 행동통제결함, 운동활동 충동성, 언어 공격성, 무계획 충동성, 정서조절결함이 반사회성 성격병리를 유의미하게 설명하였다. 이러한 결과는 경계선과 반사회성 성격병리에서 공통적으로 충동성, 공격성이 높게 나타나지만 그 구체적인 내용에서는 차이가 있음을 시사한다.
