대학 수업 개선을 위한 자기 수업 분석 방법 개발 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to develop self-analysis methods of college professors' teaching. The research procedure is as follows: Firstly, I developed four self-analysis methods of college teaching. Secondly, I conducted participant observation in three of my research methods classes where 60 students who had learned these methods and applied these for the analysis of the fieldwork data of college classes. Thirdly, I gave presentations of these self-analysis methods at 9 training or workshop sessions for professors and using diverse methods, feedback was collected from participants. As a result, the original methods have been improved and materials for the self-practice or training workbook have been developed. In chapter 3, I discussed four kinds of data-recording of one's own class, which can be used for the analysis of one's own teaching - recording of teaching, reflective journal, learning log of students and observational narratives. In chapter 4, three analysis methods were introduced, together with examples of application for the college teaching: 1) content analysis using findings
of previous researches, 2) analysis of active learning time (time on task) during a class and 3) analysis of structure(the time-lined structure diagram analysis) of a class.
