자원봉사동기유형과 보상인식 및 자원봉사과업만족도와의 관계에 관한 연구 = A Study of the Relationships among Volunteers' Motivation, Reward Perception, Volunteering Task Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among volunteers' motivation, reward perception, volunteering task satisfaction from the functional perspective. A total of 340 volunteers of community welfare centers in Busan were interviewed by mail and 314 cases were used for finding analysis. Results showed that first, value motivation, protective motivation were significantly related to task satisfaction(for volunteers with less than a year of experience). Comparatively, for them, the value influenced much more on the satisfaction. For volunteers with 1 to 3 years of experience only enhance- ment motivation and for volunteers with over 3 years of experience, protective motivation had a significant relationship with task satisfaction respectively. Second, the reward perception on manager's feedback and peer volunteers advice were significantly related to the task satisfaction, but these reward perceptions didn't act as a moderator in the relationship between volunteers' motivation and volunteering task satisfaction.
The theoretical and practical implications of these findings discussed.
