      The purposes of this study were to identify the effects of teachers\ discussion behaviors(behavior to organize discussion, behavior to lead discussion, behavior to maintain discussion, behavior to evaluate discussion) through reflection on teaching. To achieve this purposes, 2 elementary school teachers were selected who have been teaching for 6 years. Methods facilitating reflection on teaching and seminars on their discussion were applied to them twice in a week for 6 weeks. The data about reflection on teaching were gathered from resources such as videotapes of recording their classes, debates among the two teachers, and their reflective journals. Then the data were analyzed. As a result, reflection on teaching affected changes in discussion teaching behaviors such as behavior to organize discussion, behavior to lead discussion, behavior to maintain discussion, behavior to evaluate discussion. The factors affecting discussion teaching behaviors are teachers\ reflection on teaching experiences, teachers\ individuality, seminars on teaching through discussion.
