여성결혼이민자 자녀의 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 관한 연구 = Factors Effecting the Female Marriage Immigrants' Parenting Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Through surveys, this study investigated parenting behaviors of female marriage immigrants and the factors affecting the behavioral characteristics. The subject were 163 female marriage immigrants(from China, Japan, Philippine, Vietnam, and etc.) who had husbands and children living in Chungcheongbuk-do province. The results of this study were as following. First, although a large number of the female marriage immigrants identified economic security as main reason of their international marriage, but their level of satisfaction of the current economic situations was low. Second, the level of husband's supports was at average score(2.71/4), but that of other supports from other family members below the average(2.47/4). Parenting behaviors of the female marriage immigrants were mostly related to social and emotional development of their children. Third, these parenting behaviors showed significant relationship with age, nationality, school career, marriage duration, motive of the marriage, religion, a number of children, and social support. Fourth, supports from husband, those from other family members, and a number of children had significant effects on the parenting behaviors. The most important factor was supports from husband. This results of this study will be helpful to improve parenting behaviors of female marriage immigrants.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자녀를 둔 여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 인구사회학적 특성, 사회적 지지, 양육행동, 을 살펴본 후, 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악하였다. 연구대상은 충청북도에 거주하고, 자녀를 양육한 경험이 있는 여성결혼이민자(중국, 일본, 베트남. 필리핀 등) 163명으로, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성결혼이민자들의 결혼 동기는 경제적인 안정이었으나, 생활하고 있는 경제수준은 열악하다. 둘째, 자녀양육에 대한 배우자 지지는 평균수준(2.71/4점)이고, 배우자 외 지지 는 평균이하(2.47/4점)의 수준으로 나타났다. 여성결혼이민자는 발달영역 관련의 사회정서발달 양육행동을 가장 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성결혼이민자는 연령, 학력, 결혼기간, 자녀 수, 월소득, 사회적 지지에서 양육행동과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 여성결혼이민자의 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 변인은 배우자 지지, 자녀수, 배우자 외 지지로 나타났고, 모든 양육행동에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 변인은 배우자 지지가 높을수록 긍정적인 양육행동을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 다문화가족의 자녀가 건강하게 성장할 수 있는 기초자료가 될 것이며 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천방안을 제언하였다.
